This policy applies to all orders placed on spraygrround.sbs.
Where We Ship
We ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States, which includes the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or any international destinations.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase required. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Delivery Transit Time
After your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 3 to 5 business days. Some remote areas may take the full 5 business days.

Carrier Information
We partner with national carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier assigned to your order is selected based on your delivery address, package size, and current network efficiency. Your shipment confirmation email will clearly identify the carrier and provide a tracking number.
Tracking
Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days from the shipment date, contact us at info@spraygrround.sbs. We will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
