Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition you received them.
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear.

Items marked “Final Sale” and gift cards are not returnable or refundable.

How to Start a Return

Send an email to info@spraygrround.sbs with your order number and return reason. We will reply with a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions. You have 7 days from receiving the label to drop off the package at any staffed location of the carrier shown on the label. No RMA number is required.

Return Shipping Cost

We cover all return shipping costs for eligible returns. There are absolutely no restocking fees.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return arrives at the above address, we inspect it within 1 to 2 business days. After approval, your refund is processed immediately. A confirmation email will be sent. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 7 to 10 business days to post the funds to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will ask for clear photos of the issue. After verification, you may choose a free replacement or a full refund. In this situation, we manage all return logistics at no cost, and the standard condition requirements do not apply.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to swap an item is to return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order. Our support team can guide you through this.
